Decided to sleep in today and rest my tired feet and legs from all that walking.

Flying back to Manila today and get back to my normal routine. It was nice to break away for couple of days
and have change of environment. Lots of stuff accomplished, clear thinking and planning needs a change of place to be effective. It worked for me as I am happy with my output in planning out my next 6 months of goals, both personal and professional.

Got back to Manila and, yes, my one hour in the Gym was superb.
