Shean Formation Day 44: Sleep Your Fat Off

By Shean Bedi

Fatigue and Nutrition

Hey hey hey… My progress is very clear. Today’s morning weigh-in was 181.6 lbs! This is exciting as I was bracing to struggle again this week. But the focused cardio and working-out at the gym mid afternoon did the trick as I had all evening to rest the weary body which kept burning calories even while I was resting. This gave me a good chance to have early sleep unlike before after the evening workout I had hard time sleeping.

I finished the day with evening weight of 182.4 lbs. Grrr… It’s that time in between again.

I am so close to 180 lbs…. or even breaking 180 lbs… Can’t weight. I mean wait. Too much weight confusing me already.

I wore 34 size pants today. It fits perfectly as long as I do not eat…hahahha! it became a bit tight once I had a meal. So I am not 34 inches waist yet, may be 34.5 ” I’m cool, I’m cool, and excited, as I get closer to my target of 175 lbls. Can’t wait for me to see 175 on the scale……

One tip I’ve learned is to “sleep it off”. To be an efficient fat-burning machine, your body requires at least eight hours of sleep a night. If you think that you’re doing yourself a favor by sleeping less, you’re mistaken. Working out late evenings affects ones sleep pattern. You need at least 3 to 4 hours gap between a workout and sleeping time. Full 8 hours uninterrupted sleep does wonders for the body in burning the fats after a great workout.
