
Busy day at the Manila office all morning. For a change I switched my workout schedule at the Gym from evening to mid afternoon, around 2 pm to 4 pm. It was a very good work out and I got that feeling of a lot of sweat that I’m always after. My morning weigh-in was almost below 182 lbs. and my evening weight is 184 lbs… It’s not so much the scale’s fault as it is what I’ve been doing in between.

Rested all weekend and no workout other than a leisurely walk at the golf course. Topped everything with good healthy eating at home that added couple to my pounds burden.
