
19 more days to my target of 175 lbs. and I need to work 7 lbs. more out of my body. I will focus on cardio for the next two weeks and not much on pumping iron ( weights ). Need to manage the workouts too as I think am doing a bit too much and can feel my body wearing down with physical stress. I know I sound like a broken record, but we really need to give time for the body to recover or else we shed lean muscle – which isn’t good.

Walked 18 holes in John Hay again and as usual it was a pleasure indeed.

Soon, I will take up Boxing twice a week, its a great way to sweat it out and burn those stubborn calories.
