
Golfing in John Hay among the Pine trees in such a cool weather of 19 degrees is always a pleasure. Just as great is walking the course, though it was a little tough as it was a bit muddy due to the rains. Otherwise, it was still fun.

Took the weekend off from the gym as advised by my trainer. My body needs to recuperate from all the working out. 6 days a week! Lower back is still sore, and I hope soreness will go away soon. I’ve been steady with 183-184 lbs which is good. My target is 175 lbs as a morning weight by day 60 and that is 7 lbs to go as of this morning which was at 182.
