
Today I focused on cardio. 30 minutes on the step ladder for the first set and treadmill for the second set. As stated in 7 Pillars of Health the specific high intensity burst is really working well for me. 1 minute of high speed and followed by three minutes of slow speed combination is really amazing.

I am off to Baguio this noon to spend rest of the week with my family. Looking forward to heavenly walks at Camp John Hay Golf Club and the scenic treadmill path at the Manor Gym followed by a massage perhaps ?

Did I mention that scale is at 182 in the morning and 184 in the evening ?
