Shean Formation Day 22: More Healing

Day 22, time for healing again. The weekend in Hong Kong was major work out time. Instead of going out shopping during my free time I chose to enjoy the beautiful Mariott Gym with a great view of people and the Hkg harbor. I would say I over did it this time and Torso twister machine did give me pain.

The great news is that I am maintaining early morning weight below 186 lbs. I still have 6 more pounds to go by Sept 02 to complete the 30 day cycle.
Getting to 180 lbs by Sept 02 will not be easy as I have started to build muscles. My upper body workout shows significant improvement. The Man boobs are disappearing and chiseled macho chest can be seen… okay at least some signs of it. The muscle build up has probably given me a pound or two. Overall I feel great and energetic.

I’ve decided to take daily shots of myself as I go through this. Maybe someday you’ll see a video of me.
