Tea is healthy beverage that originated China. Many people believe that it enriches the body and soul. Some are known to be useful against cancer while some are good for weight reduction.

Chamomile Tea

This tea is good for managing mild renal weakness and bladder problems. It has a soothing effect and is helpful with common respiratory diseases.

Green tea

This tea is good for metabolism. It contains minerals including zinc, potassium and vitamin C. It also contains manganese and supplies the body with lots of antioxidants that helps fight aging and cancer.

Red Tea

Red tea is said to lower cholesterol and stimulate fat burning. It also helps in the digestion process and could alleviate nausea. This came from fermented black tea.

Rooibos Tea

The Rooibos tea reduces the appetite for sweets and snacks due to its natural sweet taste. This tea contains many minerals and is often mixed with milk. Since it contains no caffeine, it is recommended as an evening tea.

Mate Tea

The mate tea is used to reduce hunger and creates a dehydrating effect on the body. Mate contains caffeine and has a high vitamin and mineral content. Due to the caffeine, this tea invigorates and makes for healthy for kidney and liver. It has saponins to stimulate fat burning and promote the flow of urine.

Lapacho tea

Made from the inner bark of the Lapacho tree, this tea has high content of iron. The tea is supposed to prevent cancer and strengthen the immune system through its variety of vitamins and minerals. It helps in reduction of weight loss due to dehydration.

Nettle leaves

The tea promotes helps with digestion and weight reduction. Nettle tea us recommended for those with joint pain and rheumatism. It is also often used to ease kidney problems.

Peppermint Tea

Peppermint is the ideal solution for children and difficult patients who do not like bitter medicine. It’s refreshing and pleasant taste tends to eliminate nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
