Breast milk is the best nutrition for babies in the first six months of their life. Doctors even recommend that children be breastfed until they are two years old. Solid food should be introduced in between the fourth and sixth months of the baby’s life. Infants are usually started on fruits and vegetables like bananas, carrots, and potatoes. Porridge is also suitable for babies.
