In my previous article (Coconut Sugar: Nature’s Champion Sweetener), I mentioned the benefits of natural sweetener not only to fight against diabetes and obesity but also of providing much needed minerals and vitamins in to our body in a mode of sweets, that often does just the opposite. We work directly with the local entrepreneurs/producers in Mindanao to produce organic, natural and high quality coco sap sweetener. We also work hand in hand with their respective LGU’s, and regional regulatory agencies (DTI, FDA, DOST, PCA) to ensure product quality and safety, and maintain transparent, socially equitable supply chains.
