Hemorrhoids

Everyone has hemorrhoids because it fulfills a normal anatomic structure, withspecific functions, and not a disease. It was only when the hemorrhoidal plexus expands and falls down that it could lead to complaints of hemorrhoids.

Symptoms

The most common signs of the disease are traces of bright red blood in stool, toilet paper or in the toilet bowl and pain during defecation, bleeding from the intestine, realization of mucus or liquid stool, and irritation of the delicate skin around the anus with unpleasant itching and burning sensation. Pain or pressure or a foreign body sensation is usually noticed only in more advanced stages of the disease.

Complications

If the person reported blood loss, this should be checked out as this might lead to cancer and might have an adverse effect on the entire colon.

Causes
One of the most frequently cited reasons is long, strong straining of the bowel movement. This increases the pressure on hemorrhoids and the backflow of blood leads to the inflammation of the blood vessels.

People with low fiber in their diet often suffer from constipation which can lead to hemorrhoids. Lack of exercise, a sedentary lifestyle or occupation, obesity and poor bowel habits such as “duration” meetings on the toilet are considered as risk factors for hemorrhoids.

An inherited “weakness” of the vein walls or connective tissue may contribute to the hemorrhoidal plexus expanding with age and bulges in the direction of the anus.

Natural Treatment
# Follow a proper diet. A high-fiber diet and adequate fluid intake, which should be at least two quarts daily, is considered a proper diet.
# Regular exercise, weigh loss, and reducing the time spent sitting down hemorrhoids.
# In case of constipation, wheat bran or flaxseed often provides additional relief.
# Use soft, shaped toilet seat.
# Try to achieve regular bowel movement, which does not necessarily mean that you have to do it everyday.
