Top Exercises For Being Great at Sex

We’ve heard a lot about exercises for losing weight, building up muscle, or managing stress. You even probably tried one of that yourself. But what about sex exercises? Have you done one lately? Or maybe the question should be, do you know of any?

Some may argue that sex, the actual act itself, is an exercise already. That’s a valid point really. But what we’re referring to here are exercises that can actually improve your sexual performance and enhance your overall sexual experience.

Kegel Exercises. This is a type of exercise that targets your puboccocygeus (PC) muscles, which can be found in your pelvic floor. For women, Kegel exercises can improve the quality of their orgasms, promote easier childbirth, prevent the pelvic muscles from collapsing, and treat vaginismus and dyspareunia. On the other hand, Kegel exercises supports arousal mechanisms in men by improving blood flow to the penis and strengthening muscles involved in ejaculation.

Here’s how to do a Kegel exercise:

1.Locate your PC muscles. While urinating, sit down and stop your urine flow. The muscles responsible for doing this are the ones you need to exercise.
2.Practice on empty bladder. Now that you have identified where your PC muscles are, squeeze those muscles when you’re done urinating. Hold the muscles in for 3 seconds. Ideally, you should do 30 sets of 3-second holds in each session. But for starters, limit yourself to five until you reach 30.
3.Practice during sex. For women, they can practice PC muscle control during sex to enhance the experience. Squeeze your muscle during penetration and feel the difference.

Stretching Exercises. Routines that improve your flexibility are always good for sex because it allows you to become more pliable during the act. The more flexible you are, the more sexual positions you can try.

Yoga and Pilates. These exercises focus on strengthening the core muscles including the pelvic muscles. As mentioned above, strengthening the pelvic muscles enhances the level of arousal and quality of orgasms, especially for women.

It should be said that any kind of exercise will ultimately enhance your sexual performance because it improves your endurance and stamina. So, start exercising if you want to improve your sexual prowess.
